Outline audio for over 50,000 worshippers at Amman stadium, in Jordan

Tournée de James Taylor avec le line array Butterfly Outline
Britannia Row Productions’ Outline Butterfly system was used on James Taylor’s "One Man Band" UK tour 2007 - from April 6th to 30th: twenty-four Hi-pack and four Subtech 218, with relative Outline T series amplification. Two compact DVS 8 monitors were used on front-fill chores.
Here are the comments of Davide Lombardi, PA man and head of audio on the tour on behalf of Brit Row, as well as assistant to David Morgan, FOH engineer with James Taylor:
“It was a great challenge – I had twenty-four Butterfly and two DVS 8 controlled by two Dolby Lake units and had to change the rig’s set-up ten times in twelve different venues, but the system responded fantastically. As it was an acoustic concert, it was fundamental for the vocals and guitar to be clear and up-front everywhere in the theatre – from the front stalls to the last row in the circle.” He concluded: “Expert FOH engineer David Morgan and James Taylor himself were overjoyed with Brit Row’s new Butterfly.
The same system has been used during the last two months on tours by Amy Winehouse (United Kingdom) and Cliff Richard (Europe).
From May 7th to 27th 2007, Brit Row’s date-sheet shows that Butterfly will be used in tours by Pet Shop Boys (Europe) and Groove Armada (UK), as well as for shows by Van Morrison, Patti Smith, Pink Martini and Biffy Clyro Editors at London’s ‘Roundhouse’.

Pour la Tournée des ‘Young Voices’ qui se déroula en Décembre 2006, Britannia Row Productions a utilisé son système Outline 'Butterfly' pour l'ensemble des grosses dates de la tournée en GB.
Le show des ‘Young Voices’ est une chorale de 5,000 écoliers (8000 à Manchester) qui célèbre la musique à l'école.
Les concerts ont eu lieu au NIA Birmingham, Sheffield Arena, MEN Manchester, Belfast Odysey et se sont terminés au Royal Albert Hall de Londres, une des salles les plus fameuses du monde.
Pour couvrir l'audience, Britannia Row avait installé 42 Hi-Pack CDH483 divisés en 3 grappes, amplifiés par les derniers amplis Outline série T.

Les techniciens du système étaient Davide Lombardi et Adam Smith : “Le système n'a jamais cessé de nous étonner, nous l'avons mis à l'épreuve en permanence - avec du rock and roll avec des artistes comme les Foo Fighters jusqu'à une chorale de 5000 enfants au Royal Albert Hall - la dynamique est absolument fabuleuse". L'ingénieur de façade Maurizio Gennari commente : “C'est génial, si compact et si puissant, ce système est une vraie référence en terme de linéarité de la transmission du signal des capteurs aux enceintes” .
